The decision of Hunan Provincial People's Government on the results of the provincial administrative examination and approval projects (the first batch) has been adopted at the 1 50th executive meeting of the provincial people's government on August 6, 2002, and is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of June12002.

Decision on examining and approving the cleaning results of the project (the first batch)

In order to further transform government functions, improve administrative management methods, improve administrative efficiency, and meet the needs of establishing a socialist market economic system and joining the World Trade Organization, the provincial people's government has cleaned up 163 administrative examination and approval projects set by the provincial people's government and implemented by relevant provincial departments or units. After cleaning up, the provincial people's government decided to keep 7 1 administrative examination and approval items; Change the implementation subject of two administrative examination and approval items; 4. Administrative examination and approval items delegated to cities and states; 86 administrative examination and approval items were cancelled (the list of examination and approval items is attached). Where the administrative examination and approval items retained in the catalogue, the relevant departments and units of the provincial government should seriously standardize and establish a simple and open administrative examination and approval procedure and supervision and restriction mechanism; Where the Catalogue changes the implementation subject, decentralizes or cancels the administrative examination and approval items, the relevant departments and units of the provincial government will stop the examination and approval and cancel the corresponding fees. In the past, if the administrative examination and approval items set by provincial government regulations, provincial government documents and documents of relevant departments and units of the provincial government are inconsistent with this decision, this decision shall prevail. In the future, in addition to local laws and government regulations, other forms of documents in this province may not be subject to administrative examination and approval.

This decision shall come into force as of June 6, 2002.
