3. How to fill in the photo description?
Answer: The text description of photos is an important part of photo archives, and there are two kinds: general description and sub-description. General description refers to the description of a group of photos, and sub-description refers to the description of each photo. A general description needs six elements: time, place, person, reason, background and photographer. When compiling, these six elements should be comprehensively used to reveal all the information reflected by photos and images in a summarized way, and the text should be concise and smooth. The general instructions are required to be filled in the "photo general instructions" in front of the album or the blank space above the first photo of each group. Sub-description refers to the description of each natural photo.
