Composition principle of CCD camera

⑴CCD camera device: Its function is to carry out photoelectric conversion and output video signals.

⑵ Timing pulse generator and driving circuit: Its function is to generate various pulse signals needed by CCD camera for photoelectric conversion, charge storage, charge transfer and signal output, and amplify the output.

⑶ Video sample-and-hold circuit: Its function is to eliminate all kinds of unnecessary signals caused by signal charge transfer in the video signal (discrete in time and continuous in amplitude) output by CCD. After circuit processing, the video signal is converted into a digital video signal.

⑷ Video processing circuit: This circuit has exactly the same characteristics as the camera circuit of the camera tube, and the circuits involved include clAMP amplifier, clamp amp, Y correction (white clipping), white clipping (maximum blanking and BLK), black and white horizontal control (PEDCONT) and synchronous mixing (SYNC). The video signal is processed by the video processing circuit to form a standard full television signal.

5. Synchronous signal generator: The principle of this part of the circuit is basically the same as the synchronous signal generator in the camera tube camera. It mainly generates pulse signals required by video processing circuit, including composite blanking pulse (BLK), composite synchronization pulse (SYNC), horizontal drive signal HD and interlaced pulse (O/E). However, since the CCD camera has no scanning circuit, a driving pulse for the scanning circuit is not needed.

[6] Power conversion circuit: In order to simplify the power supply of CCD camera, generally only one power supply (12V) is input from the outside, and other power supplies with various voltage values in the camera are obtained through power conversion.
