What are the teachings in art?
The origin of modernism can be traced back to impressionism in France. From 65438 to 1980s, French post-impressionism, neo-impressionism and symbolism painters put forward the concepts of "independent value of artistic language itself", "painting should not be a servant of nature", "painting should get rid of dependence on literature and history" and "art for art's sake", which are the theoretical basis of modernist art system. There are many schools of modernist art, such as Fauvism, Cubism, Expressionism, Abstraction, Futurism, Surrealism and so on.
2. Romanticism
Romantic art came into being during the restoration of Bourbon after the failure of the Great Revolution. People are increasingly disappointed with the rational kingdom advocated by the Enlightenment, and some intellectuals are frustrated. They opposed authority, tradition and classical mode, which resulted in romantic art. They advocate attaching importance to artists' subjectivity and self-expression, taking national struggles and magnificent natural historical events as materials to express their pursuit of the ideal world, shaping their images with magnificent imagination and exaggerated methods, and expressing fierce and unrestrained feelings. In a word, they value emotion over reason, value color over sketch, are dissatisfied with reality and pursue fantasy.
3. Stylistism
/kloc-Italian art school in the middle and late 6th century represents the conservative tendency of pursuing form after the decline of the Renaissance. Stylistic art has not formed a unified style, and artists show their own characteristics, such as exaggeration and deformation, emphasizing the decoration of details, highlighting the performance of individuality, opposing the principles of rationality, elegance and beauty, and emphasizing imagination. In a word, we classify all the different arts in this period and the principle of rational beauty in the heyday of the Renaissance as stylism.
