What moments in the movie "Homecoming" impressed you most?

What a great movie "Homecoming" by Hong Kong director Yim Ho. On this night, after three years of watching the movie, I tried to retrieve its details in my mind, and I could still capture the turmoil in my heart when I walked out of the cinema. In and out of the story, it touches people's hearts with a kind of suspended nostalgia, telling the sadness of a wanderer who returns home but finds that he cannot grasp his hometown, and the sadness of an adult who is surprised to realize that innocence is far away when he recalls the past. The story of the film is very simple. Shanshan, a girl who has suffered many disappointments, takes the opportunity to return to her hometown in Chaoshan to attend a funeral to escape the worries of city life. However, it brings chaos to the lives of her childhood friends Azhen and Xiaosong. Shanshan finally left her hometown and returned to Hong Kong. Her once warm hometown could not bring her much comfort. Shanshan returned home full of trauma, and she encountered many emotional difficulties - her younger sister had been aggressive and even turned against her because of her father's inheritance issue; in middle age, she was still alone, without stable emotional support. She returned to her hometown with the intention of pursuing the beautiful feelings in her memory, but her grandmother passed away and she had an empty room in her ancestral house. She also failed to find the innocent feelings she had with her childhood playmates Azhen and Xiaosong.
