Work is like a pony crossing a river.

2065438+June 2007, graduated from School of Humanities, Wuhan University, and worked as a product assistant in a large state-owned financial institution. Now I work in Shanghai Pudong branch. If I do well, I can enter the headquarters.

The house I rent is close to the company, and it takes 20 minutes by bike. I don't like taking buses and subways. I go to work by bike every day. In Shanghai in November and December, the weather is not too cold. I like the feeling of running freely in the street.

I used to live in a shared house, and it was inconvenient for several people to share a bathroom. Later, I rented a small single room.

I usually get up at 7: 30 in the morning. Sometimes I soak some oatmeal milk for breakfast, and sometimes I go downstairs to buy some. There are many breakfast spots downstairs in the company, and I often meet my colleagues when buying breakfast. Because 9 o'clock is the time for the company to punch in, everyone stepped on it, just like students in universities step on time to go to class.

1 1: 30 can go to dinner, go to work at 1: 30 in the afternoon and get off work at 6: 00. I work longer in the afternoon, but I'm not tired. No one will force you to complete any task, and you can rest freely in the middle. Occasionally, I will work overtime, generally not exceeding 9 o'clock, and there will be overtime pay after 9 o'clock. I prefer to have time to do what I like rather than overtime pay. Sometimes working late, sleeping and dreaming are all excel forms.

When I first started working, I went to the company cafeteria for lunch. There are not many kinds of dishes in the canteen, but it is very good to have an uncle who cooks. He often smiles and says to us, "Come, I'll add a dish for you." Come and bring you a bowl of porridge. "We all like to go to the uncle's window to buy food.

Later, diners began to eat in restaurants or order takeout. I joined them and didn't want to go to the canteen alone. Maybe I'm afraid of loneliness. Sometimes I will cook the meal the night before and bring it to the company the next day. But I don't do it often, because sometimes I have to go to class, study at night and sometimes work overtime. Actually, I don't have much time and energy to cook.

After lunch, everyone will have a rest at the workstation. I heard from my friend two days ago that lying down is not good for my spine. I'm going to buy a u-shaped neck pillow.

When I first entered the company, I felt that I didn't know too much. I have never been exposed to these before, and it is inevitable that I am a little overwhelmed. It's no use worrying at this time, you can only calm down and take your time. If I don't understand something, I will ask Mr. Kirin (a pseudonym). Usually, the professional courses taught by teacher Kirin are also related to my work. With Master behind me, I will naturally have a little confidence.

With master's support, everything can't go smoothly. The reality is not a martial arts drama at all, and it is impossible for Ling Huchong to be honest and upright. After learning the Nine Swords of Dugu, his martial arts will soon become a Chinese odyssey.

Sometimes I feel that my work is a little hard and even a little frustrated. However, many times, you can adjust your status at a relatively fast speed. A bad state is like a psychological burden. You can't walk fast on the road with it.

Products have to deal with operations and technology. I heard that the products of some companies are in meetings every day, and the workload is very heavy. We belong to state-owned enterprises, so our work is relatively easy, and there are not many meetings at ordinary times. I have been employed for half a year, and now I have adapted to the work. I was fluent in my previous internship, and I took a class, so I couldn't relax completely on weekends. Because even on weekends, I have to send messages and reply to messages at some time, and sometimes I feel particularly tired.

My problem now is that I feel that I have too few effective working hours. On the one hand, there are fewer tasks, on the other hand, there are too many things to be done over and over again, and one thing has to be delayed for a long time. Repeating the same thing too much will not only make you feel unfulfilled, but also cause resistance. If you have patience to do it, you will lose your mind.

Some people say that Beishangguang does not believe in tears. Where can there be a job that is not wronged? I think work is like a pony crossing a river, whether it is deep or shallow, you don't know until you try. It is not enough to just stand on the shore and imagine, or listen to others.

Thinking is a problem; Action is the answer.

Poetry and Fields in Life

When I first started working, I thought very well. I plan to study for an hour in the morning and then go to work. Later, I found out that I was thinking too much. Fortunately, I can insist on studying at night, because I have classes and homework to finish at Yunda University at night, and I have inadvertently formed the habit of studying at night.

Sometimes there is no class, and after work, I will go to the gym to run and practice equipment. I feel very comfortable after sweating a little after exercise.

Some time ago, I contacted the Wu Da Alumni Association and joined a photography organization and a badminton organization. I will go out to play with my alumni on weekends and meet some excellent people every time. Boyfriend also likes photography and badminton, and we will take part in activities together.

I listened to a photo sharing of a senior sister last weekend. She is a professional. After listening to her sharing, I think this is the life I want. I like photography very much. If I had a choice, I would definitely choose to be a travel photographer, but at present I can't support myself well through photography. I haven't really stepped into this industry yet, and I will get more and more contact in the future. I have an idea. Maybe I'll do it.

I used to care about my age and felt that I should do something at what age. It's stressful to see people of the same age so good. Later, I figured it out and felt that everyone's life style was different. If they are all the same, they are not themselves. Don't feel inferior because others are too good, and don't live in the present with peace of mind because you are not good.

I like my present job very much, and I'm quite satisfied with my recent state. If I am satisfied with my state, happy, rewarding and growing, I feel quite good. We should live for ourselves and know what we want, so as not to be influenced by external views. But sometimes you may compromise your livelihood and live before you live.

After working for so long, you must have grown. In fact, growth is not only a change that you can see or feel, but also some psychological changes that you can't see, touch or even realize. For example, don't panic in the face of strange things, don't waver easily in the face of others' doubts, dare to stick to your own direction, dare to take the road that few people take, and dare to pursue the life you want. This is actually a good growth, but it doesn't necessarily show up.

I have two cats at home, one of which is brought by my boyfriend. Feed them in the morning and evening, shovel cat litter, and occasionally bathe them. The cat is nice, quiet and fun. They have been with me since I arrived in Shanghai.
