Interviews

Interviews are organized and implemented by the municipal and county (district, management district) human resources and social security departments. Recruitment positions for municipal units are uniformly organized and implemented by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; county (district, management district) and township (town) positions are uniformly organized and implemented by the local Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

1. Determination and qualification review of candidates shortlisted for interview

(1) Determination of candidates shortlisted for interview

The recruiting unit will recruit according to the planned number of candidates and interview candidates 1: 3 ratio, the candidates who will enter the interview range will be determined in the order of the total passing score of the written examination from high score to low score. The total passing score of the written examination = the score of the vocational aptitude test + the score of basic knowledge of public affairs + the extra points for care. When the last candidate within the ratio is tied for passing the written examination, he or she will also be determined as a candidate for the interview.

The list of candidates to be interviewed will be announced on the Hezhou City Personnel Examination Network before July 24.

(2) Qualification review of interviewers

Interview qualification review department: municipal units are responsible for implementation by the recruitment unit (competent department); counties (districts, management districts), townships (towns) Positions are uniformly implemented by the local Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The municipal recruitment unit (competent department) and the county (district, management district) human resources and social security bureau are responsible for notifying those who enter the interview range, and collecting application materials for qualification review.

Documentary materials required for interview qualification review:

① 1 original copy of the "Registration Form" printed online by the candidate (the contact number must be filled in in the contact number column) ;
