HKK rule of beautiful posture

Nobuzhi Nakai wrote a book called "Change Your Attitude, Change Your Temperament". She developed the "HKK method" to create an atmosphere through gestures and guided more than 5,000 artist candidates.

This book mainly tells how to have the beauty of the atmosphere by changing posture. According to the author's life, after learning this method, ordinary girls who have just entered the star training school look like a different person and become beautiful.

This training method is collectively called HKK rule.

When the body is active, it will naturally produce "invisible lines". When you see lines, you will place a lot of feelings on "lines". For example, when watching the full moon, you will feel relaxed, and when you see the towering peaks, you will feel dignified.

Using "invisible body lines", you can freely interpret your impression on others, that is, the gas field.

There are three kinds of "lines" that want to create a beautiful atmosphere:

(1) Due to the "twist" curve;

(2) Organized lines and complicated lines caused by "overlapping";

③ Slant line caused by "tilt".

These three different lines will produce the following three impressions:

① Torsion (H)= positive;

② Overlap (K)= elegance;

③ Inclination (K)= softness.

No matter Venus statue or Takigawa Christel, they all follow HKK law to express beauty.

In this posture, one leg supports the center of gravity (reverse posture, vertical balance). Therefore, the direction of the pelvis will shift and the posture will change, resulting in an unstable sense of powerlessness.

In addition, leaning towards the leg bearing the center of gravity and overlapping the other leg, because the two legs are very close together, there seems to be no gap, so there is a sense of stability.

Arms overlap in front of you like protection, showing a sense of solemnity.

Furthermore, contrary to the twisting direction of the waist, the neck is greatly twisted to the head, giving people a vibrant impression.

The beauty of posture can be clearly defined. If women want to further improve their image temperament, they can practice with reference to HKK rules.
