Is the veterans' special care card free?

It's free.

Servicemen hold officers' or soldiers' certificates, disabled people hold disability certificates, retired cadres hold retirement certificates, elderly people over 65 years old (including 65 years old) hold ID cards/senior citizen discount cards, children under 1.4m (excluding) or children under 6 years old, first-class British models and national moral models hold their valid certificates, and members of China Photographers Association hold their valid certificates. Those who meet the above conditions can be exempted from the large ticket fee for the scenic spot!

First, geographical restrictions. Ex-servicemen can visit tourist attractions free of charge with preferential cards, which is not unified throughout the country, but a preferential treatment project for ex-servicemen launched by various localities in light of actual conditions. In other words, some places have it and some places don't. For example, on our side, ex-servicemen can really visit state-owned tourist attractions for free with discount cards. However, in some places, the implementation is relatively slow, and there is no preferential service in this regard.

Second, the restrictions of scenic spots. Not all tourist attractions will provide preferential treatment for retired military personnel, generally only state-owned tourist attractions. And those private tourist attractions, we don't have to think much, unless the boss is also a retired soldier, but also a generous retired soldier.
