Fan Lu is from Zibo. Chairman of Beijing Fan Lu Education Technology Co., Ltd., one of the top ten painters of figure painting in China, secretary general of Zibo Photographers Association, chairman of Zibo Bonsai Root Carving Artists Association, deputy secretary general of China Bonsai Artists Association Shandong Branch, vice president of Shandong Root Carving Art Research Association, director of China Bonsai Artists Association, invited artist of China-Korea Painting Academy, chairman of the Preparatory Committee of China Shilipai Painters Association, and art consultant of Zibo Chinese Painting Academy. Works of art began to be published and won prizes in the 1970s, and dozens of papers were published, winning international and national gold medals, the highest honor award and several first and second prizes.
