Wuxi Wuqiao producing area
An official history seems dull, only that Wu has enough money and conscience. Once I saw an erotic history of Wuqiao, I felt that the context was reasonable, and I felt more chivalrous and brave in the old days. The true ending of the story is very sad.
Wu comes to Wuxi to make cocoons every year and stays in Wuxi for several months a year. He often rents a painting boat to travel with squire Xue Nanying and his party. At that time, there was a beautiful girl named Guilin, and people said that she had everyone's demeanor. Wu fell in love at first sight and wanted to hide her beauty in the golden house. But Guilin only regards him as a cash cow and has no real feelings. Later, Wu developed and wanted to be redeemed for her, but Guilin had fallen in love with the gigolo and hid. One day, Wu was unhappy in the original painting and drew a sad note on the bowl. Xue Nanming, who was on the side, couldn't stand it any longer and motioned for him to go to Wang Kexun for help. Wang paid a huge sum of money to ask pimps to call Guilin to the original project, and seriously told him that this was not a long-term solution in the dust. How many good results can there be? Wu Jun is full of true feelings and wants to save you from fire and water. However, once your personal savings are exhausted, you will be abandoned like a prostitute. At that time, you will be old and empty-handed, and pimps will no longer regard you as a treasure. If you want to find someone like Mr. Wu again, I'm afraid it will be too late! A word woke Guilin, and she promised to be good with Wu. In the face of Wu's gratitude, the squires only ask that one day, if there is something that needs his help, they can't shirk it. Wu agreed.
Later, I saw someone fall into the water at the ferry and almost drowned. All the squires mentioned that if they had money, they would have built a bridge here long ago, and such a thing would not have happened. Everyone looked at Wu with eyes, hoping that he could come out and build a bridge, but he was really not sure whether he had the ability to build such a bridge. Unexpectedly, every other day, Wu took the engineer to measure, and all the project funds were paid by him, and construction started in half a month.
Unfortunately, Wu soon fell ill and died in Shanghai before the bridge was officially opened to traffic. People in Wuxi think this is noble, and Xue Nanming held a memorial service for Wu in Wuxi. Wu's wooden tablet, together with the rural sages of past dynasties, was placed in the Zunxian Hall and Chengde Hall of Huishan Temple for people to pay tribute to and never forget.
