Composition of Mashan Longtou Bamboo Playground

Today, the weather is sunny, birds are singing and flowers are fragrant. At about 7: 40 in the morning, we boarded the bus. After some anxious waiting, we finally arrived at our destination-Longtou Bamboo Park at the southern end of Mashan, Wuxi. As soon as I got off the bus, I felt a breeze mixed with flowers. I looked up, wow, what a beautiful place! Before we stepped into the park gate, we saw several big banyan trees standing proudly, welcoming us like soldiers lined up. We marched on the stone road near Taihu Lake. The breeze blows, the lake ripples, and the sun shines on the lake, shining like golden snowflakes scattered on the lake. Taihu Lake is really big. Standing in front of it, I finally understood what is meant by "water meets the sky" and "misty waves are vast" ... After crossing the "Long Yin Bridge", we began to climb the mountain. We arrived at the "Wanglongting", with lush shrubs and green tea gardens on both sides of the stone steps. Standing in the pavilion, a cool breeze blew away the fatigue and heat for everyone. We can see trees, rocks and lakes from afar, and the whole park faces Taihu Lake like Wolong. No wonder it's called "leading pig" Teacher Wang also told us that there is a story of "cutting the tap" among the people. In ancient times, there was a dragon that sneaked into the lake late at night and alarmed a deer in Lushan Mountain. Deer and dragons meet, and people are miserable. So Lushan sent 18 warriors, cut down the faucet and crucified it here with copper. Later generations called this place "the dragon head column". On the way, two big stones shaped like toads caught our attention, and the students scrambled to watch. I didn't know until I got closer. This is the "toad stone". Not far from the "toad stone", a tall Taihu stone stands in front of us. We carefully identify that this stone is engraved with the words "the dragon lost its tail". When we turned over the stone, the students cheered in unison: "We have reached the leading bamboo, yeah!" " The teacher took pictures of us one by one, and with the sound of the camera "click, click", the bright smile recorded good memories. After lunch, we bought some exquisite souvenirs in Xiqing Caotang. I also enjoyed the fun of barbecuing in Zhuyuan barbecue base. Happy times are always fleeting like running water. We're leaving, so I looked back at Longtou Bamboo Park, so sad.
