How to install the lens correctly for novice photographers.

One of the main reasons why digital SLR cameras have outstanding image quality is the use of high-performance lenses. The lens can be changed at any time, which is one of the biggest advantages of SLR system. By using different lenses, the photographer can get close to or away from the scene, change the angle of view, change the blur and clarity of the picture, and keep the original lens when the camera is upgraded.

1. Hold the camera in your left hand and rotate the cover in your right hand to take it off;

2. Remove the fuselage cover.

3. Hold the lens with your left hand, hold the lens back cover with your right hand, and rotate it clockwise to remove it;

4. Align the red logo on the fuselage with the red logo of the lens, and install the lens into the fuselage accurately and slowly;

5. After the lens is inserted into the fuselage, rotate the lens clockwise. (Nikon model rotates the lens counterclockwise)

6. Hearing a "click" indicates that the lens has been installed and is in a locked state;

Regarding the installation and disassembly of the lens, we should pay attention to three issues:

1. After the lens back cover and lens body cover are removed, the interface side between the lens and the lens should be slightly inclined downward to prevent dust from falling on the camera or the optical elements of the lens. Pay special attention when replacing or installing lenses outdoors;

2. When installing the lens, all operations should be smooth. Don't push too hard. Be sure to insert the lens accurately before rotating.

3. After the lens is installed, shake the body and lens, which may be found to be not particularly firm, but it can be shaken. This is also normal because there is a gap between the camera and the lens;

When removing the lens, press the lens lock first, and then rotate the lens in the opposite direction to remove it. Pay attention to cover the body and lens as soon as possible after taking off the lens.
