Who enjoys the right to display the original works of artistic photography?

The right to display the original works of art photography shall be enjoyed by the original creator. ? The author transfers the original ownership of unpublished artistic and photographic works to others, and the exhibition of the original works by the transferee does not constitute an infringement on the author's right to publish.

For the purpose of compiling and publishing textbooks for compulsory education and national education planning, published pieces of works, short stories, musical works or separate works of art, photography and graphics may be incorporated into textbooks without the permission of the copyright owner, but remuneration shall be paid to the copyright owner in accordance with the provisions, and the author's name and title of the work shall be marked, and other rights enjoyed by the copyright owner in accordance with this Law shall not be infringed.

According to the provisions of Article 30 of the Copyright Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the remuneration standard for the use of a work may be agreed by the parties concerned, or it may be paid according to the remuneration standard formulated by the national copyright authority jointly with relevant departments.
