Summary and reference of photography association's work in the second half of the year

Time flies, fleeting, and in a twinkling, it has reached the end of XX years. Our photography association has been committed to developing and deepening members' interests and hobbies in photography. Thanks to the continuous efforts of previous members, the influence of our photography association is also expanding and the results are gratifying. The work of XX Photography Association is also being carried out step by step under the guidance of the annual work plan. There are some successes and some shortcomings. Our relatively successful activities are as follows:

(1) 10 This semester, the Photography Association actively carried out recruitment work, adopted various methods, and made unremitting efforts to attract more than 70 members, which drew a satisfactory full stop for recruitment. * * * The same hobby makes them a new force in the photography association.

(2) After recruiting new members, we held a grand meeting with major associations, that is, a tea party, at which new and old members exchanged ideas and got to know each other.

(3) At the end of10, we immediately convened a general election meeting of the committee of the Association. Members actively participated in the election and finally selected a group of capable and talented members through consultation. I believe they will lead the association to further develop. The photography association has embarked on a new journey.

Due to special reasons, the invited professional teachers could not attend, but the activity did not fail. We watched the footage of photography skills together, learned photography skills, and mobilized the enthusiasm of the members.

At the meeting, everyone spoke enthusiastically and discussed freely to make suggestions for the development of the association. The meeting strengthened the cohesion of the Committee members.

(6) At the end of June, 5438+0 1, in response to the call of the 18th National Congress and to publicize the concept of the 18th National Congress, our Association held a unique "Blooming 18th Photo Exhibition", which received a good response.

However, despite our achievements, we also have some shortcomings:

(1) Due to insufficient funds, the camera equipment can't meet the requirements of all members. This is a long-standing problem for the association.

(2) The activities organized by the association are not well publicized and the efforts are not enough.

(3) The relationship between departments is not close enough and the division of labor is not detailed enough.

(d) Failing to use the favorable resources of the Brotherhood to carry out activities, resulting in poor interactivity in some activities.

Over the past six months, all members of our association have experienced the happiness and joy of the association's work, but the expectations of members are our driving force. In the past six months, there have been few activities and the scale is not large. But we will give full play to our subjective initiative and carry out more activities next semester. The joining of the new committee has injected vitality into the association, and the association itself has also improved its management regulations. We are on the right track on the road of institutionalization and standardization. In order to enrich members' lives and improve their photography level, the Photography Association will definitely go on step by step!

This semester is coming to an end, and the activities of the association have come to an end. We expect next semester to be better. I believe that under the leadership of HKCSS, the future of our association will be more brilliant!
