China's first camera inventor.

The inventor of the first camera in China: Zou.

Zou, one of the 56 sages in South Guangdong, 18 19 was born in Bichong, Nanhai. He lived in Guangfo and Foshan for many years and was a famous scientist in Qing Dynasty. In particular, he made the first camera in China in 1844, and was called "the father of cameras in China".

Zou's innovative spirit in scientific creation has many similarities with the concept of "creative photography". More importantly, this South China Sea wizard in the late Qing Dynasty created the first camera for imaging, tracing and surveying in China in 1844, 67 years ago, and was called "the father of China camera" by the world.

1844, Zou not only invented and manufactured the first camera in China, but also completed China photography. The self-portrait of the glass negative he took with his own camera can still be clearly seen today.

Before 1839, Daguerre made the first practical silver camera, which consisted of two wooden cases. One wooden box is inserted into another to focus, and the lens cover is used as a shutter, and the exposure time is controlled for up to 30 minutes, so that a clear image can be taken. The camera invented by Zou is not far from here.

Some researchers pointed out that there is no evidence that Zou's camera ever referred to Daguerre's invention, so it is likely that he independently invented the camera, rather than the "fake" version that often appears in modern science and technology in China.
