What is used to replace ps axis shift blur?

Although the lower version of PS has no axis shift blur, this function is actually the "blur-tilt offset" function in the lower version. The following demonstrates the usage:

Demonstration equipment: Lenovo AIO520-22 all-in-one machine, WIN7, PS CS6.

1. Open any picture in PS and click the filter menu.

2. Click Expand Blur, and then click Tilt Offset in the pop-up menu.

Thirdly, as shown in the figure below, after the tilt offset is turned on, the mouse can press the middle circle to increase the ambiguity.

Fourth, the four lines on the canvas are the control lines of the blurred area.
