Photography HD format and mp4 format
HD refers to high definition (in short, formats with physical resolution above 720p are usually called high definition. Full HD refers to progressive scanning with a physical resolution as high as 1920× 1080 (i.e. 1080p), which refers to the resolution of video, that is, the size.
MP4 refers to the video coding format, and they are not the same concept.
