The State Ethnic Affairs Commission and National Cultural Heritage Administration fully affirmed that "Zhao Chunjiang's photographic discovery is unprecedented among the grottoes that have been seen" and that "Zhao Chunjiang's cultural aid to Tibet is a new inspiration for our country's aid to Tibet and Xinjiang".
