Teacher Mai Yoneyama is a Japanese animator and illustrator.

Mai Yoneyama was born in Nagano Prefecture, Japan, and graduated from Tokyo Design Institute.

The first animation work was "Welcome Back, Magic Housekeeper", and the first original painting work was "Garter Angel". After 2016, she gradually put aside her responsibilities as an animator and entered the field of illustration. In 2018, she created a theme illustration called "esc.". At the end of 2019, Mai Yoneyama's personal exhibition "SHE" was held.

Mai Yoneyama originally belonged to the animation company Trigger. Now she is free and a member of the illustrator organization "SSS". She spent her first childhood in Taiwan, China and is the youngest child in the family; Mai Yoneyama Her father's profession is an architect who is good at drawing design drawings. She has also benefited a lot from her father and has had a strong interest in painting since kindergarten.

Masaki Iwasaki, a colleague who formed the atmosphere club with Mai Yoneyama, became Mai’s husband.
