Internal Organization of Jinan Federation of Literary and Art Circles

According to the above tasks, the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles has three offices.

(1) office

Coordinate the daily work of organs and the work of directly affiliated units; Responsible for the supervision and inspection of the decision-making and deployment of the party group and presidium of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Responsible for major activities, secretarial work, meetings, letters and visits, archives and data management, personnel organization, publicity, finance, security and logistics services; To undertake the management and service of retirees of organs and directly affiliated units; To undertake the daily work and discipline inspection of the general party branch of the organ.

(2) Organize the Liaison Department

Undertaking large-scale cultural activities; Coordinate the literary and artistic awards activities of literary and artistic units; Responsible for contact, exchange and cooperation with artists and literary and art groups at home and abroad; To undertake the updating and maintenance of the website of Jinan Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the editing and distribution of Jinan Federation of Literary and Art Circles magazine.

(3) Association Work Department

Responsible for the management of the city's literary and art associations (existing writers, artists, calligraphers, photographers, musicians, dramatists, dancers, folk art artists, TV artists), societies and research conferences; Organize literary and art workers to go deep into life and carry out various literary and artistic creation and discussion activities; Discover and cultivate literary and artistic talents; Participate in the formulation of local laws and regulations for the protection of the rights and interests of literature and art and writers and artists; Responsible for the supervision and management of relevant folk culture and art associations.

Three, staffing and leadership positions

Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles 15, retired cadres 1 and ground staff 3, a total of 19. There are 4 leaders of the Association, including 1 Party Secretary, 1 Chairman and 2 vice-chairmen; There are 6 department-level leaders (including 1 secretary-general).

Party organizations, discipline inspection and supervision, trade unions, the Communist Youth League, women's work and other institutions and leaders are equipped according to relevant regulations.
