What did the crew of the film crew do?

The crew never recruits people, they are all insiders. When a drama needs to be filmed, as long as there are investors, after the investors decide on the director, the director will take the lead and naturally form a group called the crew. All the staff are familiar with each other and perform their duties, and most of the actors are actors, but they may be scattered in other performing arts units. The director will determine who plays what role, then gather the main actors and enter the crew to shoot.

If the organizer is not sure about the main actors, all the actors are arranged by the director. However, each crew has some small role actors filled by sponsors and other related families. Because these related actors only play small roles, directors generally don't pay attention to them, so they keep them as backup, and they will temporarily catch one to perform when necessary. However, the quality of these small role actors is uneven. Some of them are ignorant of art, closed and conservative, and are not suitable for being actors. They always refuse to perform some scenes, leaving the director unprepared and helpless. So the director had to audition and accumulate some small role actors in peacetime to ensure that they would not refuse to perform any scenes, mainly young actresses, and they could come in handy at any time when needed. Because neither actors nor older actresses will refuse to act, only young actresses will have such a thing. Therefore, when the director backs up the accumulated actor information, he will not want actors and older actresses. This is not an actor that both men and women can choose. Don't misunderstand me.

Sometimes the director will do his own audition or entrust friends around him to help, and these friends are also engaged in photography for professional reasons. If they are free, they can also do this audition for the director. Most of the people being filmed are assigned to them by the director, or they can find someone to shoot them themselves, and then the director will watch the movie together to pick people. This has given birth to the free audition activities that are purely public welfare. In fact, this has always been a free audition for actors in the circle, but they never publicize it, and most people have no way of knowing it.
