Where does the Three Gorges Waterfall Scenic Area belong?

The Three Gorges Waterfall Scenic Area is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

The Three Gorges Waterfall (formerly known as Baiguoshu Waterfall) is located in Yu Xiaofeng tourist scenic spot. Starting from Yichang city, you can drive for half an hour to reach the Three Gorges Waterfall Scenic Area, which is famous for its natural waterfalls and canyon jungle scenery. Entering the scenic spot, you are greeted by an antique forest path. On the left side of the path is a rushing stream, clear, sweet and crystal clear, or rushing or soothing, winding all the way, constantly playing music that is light, melodious or exciting. On the right side of the trail are continuous mountains, where there are dense forests, lush vegetation, butterflies dancing and flowers, birds singing in mountain streams, and all kinds of precious trees and flowers are scattered all over the place. Through the depths of the jungle, you can also see groups of monkeys playing in the mountains. If you catch up with the breeder to feed, you will only hear a whistle, and the monkeys will jump off the top of the mountain in droves and come to the Woods. While you are still marveling at their agility, the monkeys are enjoying delicious food not far away. How can such close contact with wild macaques not be exciting?

Going upstream, the mountains are different, the water is different, the colors are colorful, and the beauty is everywhere, which makes people overwhelmed. There are more than 20 scenic spots, such as Hanwu Tian Shu, Wu Tao Birthday Festival, Divine Turtle Welcome, Wonderful Pen Flowers, Earth Tree Rings, Sutra Collection Cave, Paper Paste Cave, water curtain cave, Turtle Laughing Sky, Yinmayan, Sixiang, Changqiao Du Fei, Badeng Dawu Cave, savage valley, Hukou Waterfall, Pearl Waterfall, Foye South, Longtan, Great Waterfall and Taishan Giant Buddha.

Just as you were immersed in the beautiful scenery on the roadside, there was a thunderous noise in your ear. Looking in, a huge white horse hangs high in the mountains and hangs straight to the bottom. This is the Three Gorges Waterfall! Closer, you can see the waterfall running down. Where the waterfall passes, flowers and jade fall, water mist fills the air, and veil-like water vapor drifts away. A rainbow spans the mountains, making the waterfall more rugged and beautiful. Standing on the waterfall viewing platform and looking up at the waterfall, the crystal clear spray falls on the face and body, just like the spring breeze, which makes people feel the strange gentleness of Baiguoshu Waterfall. Below the waterfall is a waterfall pool. The pool is near the waterfall, and the foam is rolling, as white as snow, just like the blue sky swept by a jet plane. There is a cloister at the foot of the mountain behind the waterfall, which is embedded in the rock as a whole. You can look back at the waterfall on the cloister with a raincoat, watch the majestic appearance of the waterfall flowing down, listen to the loud noise like the roar of tigers and dragons, feel the appearance of landslides and tsunamis, and experience the bullet-like "attack" in Yuhua Garden. You will feel that you are completely integrated with the waterfall, which is completely different from when you look at the waterfall platform. Compared with Huangguoshu Waterfall, which is known as "the first waterfall in China", the Three Gorges Waterfall, with a height of102m and a width of 80m, is 30m higher, more abundant in water, more magnificent in momentum and endlessly playing an earth-shattering "heroic symphony".

On the left side of the waterfall is a long, narrow and deep pool surrounded by mountains on three sides. There are many "pocket waterfalls" of different sizes on the rock. Fine mist fell from the mountain and fell into the pool like a fairy scattered flowers. At the end of the pool, there is another amazing natural wonder-Mount Tai Buddha. The giant Buddha on the boulder is kind-hearted, serene, smiling and slightly open. Needless to say, it must be a blessing to tourists. According to legend, a long time ago, there was drought all the year round and the people were poor. The local people offered sacrifices to the gods here, and finally touched the immortal Taishan who practiced here. She turned her tears into mountain springs and saved the local people. Thousands of years later, a giant Buddha grew on the boulder, praying for disaster relief, and it all worked. In order to thank and commemorate the fairy of Mount Tai, the villagers built an ancient Mount Tai temple with a flourishing incense at the exit of the canyon and renamed it Mount Tai Temple Village. At this point, praying in front of the Buddha statue will surely get rid of illness and strengthen the body.

Coming back from the other side of the stream, all the way is new scenery. The waterfall flow of the Three Gorges is 5 kilometers long, and there are dozens of waterfalls along the way, with different shapes and sizes, and the water flow is different: some are wide and deep, and they are bottomless; Some are crystal clear and the water is cheerful. Every place is a photographer's favorite scenery and a bright color in landscape painting. After playing enough water, you can climb mountains and walk through dense jungles. It's really a pleasure to be in a green tent. If you climb to the top of the mountain, you can also enjoy the ancient houses hundreds of years ago, taste the original local farmhouse meals, appreciate the simple farmhouse customs, and truly experience the rural scenery that is quite different from urban life.

"Birds are singing and mountains are shining here, and people's hearts are touching a pool of tranquility", wandering between Lingshan Xiushui in the Three Gorges Waterfall Scenic Area, feeling the grandeur of Tang poetry and the gentleness of Song poetry, making people dream back to their hometown and revel in it.
