How to solve the problem that Samsung mobile phones can't take pictures?

Samsung mobile phone can't take pictures, so you can do the following:

(Take Samsung S8 as an example) 1. Reset camera settings: camera-click the gear icon-restore the default settings (reset).

In the main menu interface, click the camera.

In the photo interface, click the gear icon.

In the camera settings interface, click Restore Default Settings (Reset).

2. If not, please update the mobile phone system version and try: Settings-About the mobile phone (about the device)-Download the update manually/download the update automatically (software update/system update-update). Note: Please back up the data in the device before upgrading.

As shown in the figure below:

1. Under the standby page, click Select Settings.

2. Click to select System Update.

3. Select Manual Download Update/Automatic Download Update (Software Update/System Update-Update).
