Wu Lei, 182cm/Capricorn/B blood type, was born in Shanghai on December 26, 1999. His ancestral home is Guang'an, Sichuan. He is a film and television actor in Mainland China and studied at the Beijing Film Academy.

In 2009, he became well-known to the audience for his role as "Tang Buku" in the science fiction drama "Aliens at Home".

In 2015, he won the Most Promising Actor Award at the National Drama Festival for his role as "Xiao Feiliu" in the period drama "Langya Bang", and thus attracted the attention of the audience.

In 2017, he starred in the costume fantasy drama "Fights Break the Sphere" adapted from Tiancan Tudou's novel of the same name; in the same year, he starred in the adventure drama "Sand Sea".

Wu Lei’s early life experience:

Wu Lei grew up in Chengdu and attended Chengdu Liewu Middle School. In 2002, 3-year-old Wu Lei was invited to star in a health care product commercial. This was his first commercial. The lively and cute Wu Lei was spotted by an advertising director and shot more than 50 commercials in the next two years, which inspired his acting talent.

Later, when Wu Lei was attending a training class at an art school, he encountered the crew of "Fengshen Bang: Feng Ming Qishan" who came to choose young actors. However, the crew only found senior children, which made Wu Lei very anxious. So he sneaked out of the class by himself and asked the assistant director to take two photos of him. As a result, he was selected, and Wu Lei entered the entertainment industry.
