What does chill hiphop mean?

The original meaning of chill translation is: cold; Chill; Cold, but chill doesn't mean "chilling" in hiphop.

Chill is a relatively relaxed music form, which makes people feel lazy. When the music plays, every muscle in the body can't help but relax. The spirit has also been sublimated in the slow drums and beautiful melody. Jazz hiphop can reflect the feeling of chill. Making and enjoying jazz hiphop in 18 is a very retro behavior.

Only in the second half of this year did I try to make some jazz hiphop rap songs myself. My favorite beat (accompaniment) is "retro tune", such as With You and Artificial Waterfall produced by BLVK. Of course, chill hiphop and Jazz hiphop are similar personally.

Nowadays, many sound samples in chill beat and Jazz hiphop will use black and white movies and old records from the last century. It's really the feeling of returning to 1960.
