Yang Guanjun's scientific research achievements

Engaged in basic research, thermal spraying and advanced coating design and preparation of solar cells. More than 50 papers collected by SCI were published in international academic journals. He cited more than 200 papers, and his single paper cited more than 30 papers. Authorized invention patent 15. Won the first prize of Shaanxi Science and Technology Award, Japan Organizing Committee Award (ITSC 2004) and Best Paper Award (ITSC2007). The concrete results are as follows: (1) A new method of thermal spraying ceramic coating based on interlayer bonding strengthening is proposed, which can greatly control the coating performance, improve the coating bonding strength and erosion performance by more than 3 ~ 5 times, and win the first prize of Shaanxi Science and Technology Award as one of the important achievements; (2) The formation mechanism of crystal structure of thermal sprayed TiO2 _ 2 coating and its relationship with photocatalytic performance were revealed, and the paper was cited for more than 30 times. (3) Elaborated the formation mechanism and photocatalytic characteristics of liquid material sprayed TiO2 coating, and won the award of Japan Organizing Committee (Excellent Paper Award of 2004 International Thermal Spraying Conference); (4) A new multi-scale pore structure of vacuum cold spraying ceramic coating is proposed, which has important potential applications in dye-sensitized solar cells and photocatalytic technology, and won the Best Paper Award (the only winner in China in 2007 International Thermal Spraying Conference).
