Notice of novel coronavirus Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters of Panyu District, Guangzhou Municipality on Adjusting Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures

According to the progress of the epidemic situation and the requirements of the Notice of the State Council on Further Optimizing the Prevention and Control Measures of COVID-19, it is decided to implement the following prevention and control measures in our district from 0: 00 on June165438+1October 17, 2022, except for high-risk areas and temporary control areas:

A, orderly restore the normal flow of people in the whole society, lift the temporary traffic control, residents follow the green code, and when taking public transport, measures such as wearing masks, scanning the code, measuring temperature and keeping a proper distance must be implemented. Inter-provincial tourists need to take inter-provincial transportation with negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.

Second, all kinds of entertainment places, photography buildings, cinemas, indoor swimming pools, theaters, bars, gyms, Internet cafes, billiards halls, chess and cards rooms, mahjong parlors, escape rooms, foot bath shops, beauty massage parlors, bath centers, indoor attractions, libraries, museums and other closed and semi-closed places in the region are closed, and gathering activities are not allowed.

Business premises that do not meet the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, production safety or fire safety in the whole region are suspended.

3. All catering service units in Panyu District, west of Panyu Avenue and north of Guang Tai Expressway suspend their dining services, and can provide self-help or take-away ordering services in stores and provide meals in independent private rooms; Off-campus training institutions and child care institutions suspend their operations and services.

In addition to the above areas, catering service units in other areas have resumed dining services, requiring that the minimum distance between customers at different tables in the lobby should not be less than 1 m, and each table should not exceed 10. Personnel entering and leaving the hall should strictly implement measures such as wearing masks, scanning code and temperature measurement, and dining personnel should wear masks when they leave the table; Off-campus training institutions and foster care institutions resumed normal business services and strictly implemented normalized epidemic prevention measures.

Four, tourist attractions, places for religious activities to dynamically control the number of visitors, the number of visitors shall not exceed 75% of the capacity, indoor venues temporarily closed, and advocate the inspection of 48 hours of negative nucleic acid test certificate.

5. Schools and kindergartens will resume offline teaching in an orderly manner from June165438+1October 2 1 2022. The specific arrangements for returning to school will be notified separately by the education department.

Six, all kinds of places to resume business services in an orderly manner must strictly implement the requirements of "appointment, peak shifting, and flow restriction", and set up special personnel to supervise the implementation of measures such as wearing masks, scanning the place code, and taking temperature. Staff should strictly do personal protection, and employees in key industries should conduct nucleic acid testing in strict accordance with the required frequency.

Seven, in villages, communities, communities, institutions, parks, shopping malls, enterprises and other units, set up special posts, strict management of social personnel access, install necessary video surveillance equipment, access personnel must wear masks, scan local codes, temperature measurement and other measures. Among them, it is necessary to check the 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate or nucleic acid test certificate when entering and leaving the village.

Compacting the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control in enterprises, commercial buildings and industrial parks, establishing a full coverage responsibility system for epidemic prevention and control from the management of enterprises, commercial buildings and industrial parks to workshop teams and front-line employees, and refining the whole link and process of epidemic prevention and control accounts. Strictly check the epidemic-related risks of returnees and confirm their health before returning to work.

Organs, enterprises, institutions and social organizations should strengthen the daily health monitoring and management of employees, especially the health management and epidemic prevention management of temporary workers, labor dispatch workers and hourly workers.

Eight, orderly promote COVID-19 vaccination, improve vaccination coverage, citizens over 3 years old, especially over 60 years old, please complete the whole vaccination of COVID-19 vaccine as soon as possible, to protect personal health.

Nine, public security and judicial supervision places, welfare institutions, pension institutions, rehabilitation institutions, maternal and child health care institutions and other special places in accordance with the provisions of strict implementation of epidemic prevention and control management requirements higher than the social level, to ensure the implementation of various prevention and control measures.

10. If residents leave Panyu, please know the prevention and control policies of the destination in advance, and don't go to the areas where the epidemic occurred in the past 7 days. Be sure to do personal protection throughout the process and continue to pay attention to the health rules of yourself and your colleagues. People whose health code is not "green code" after returning to Panyu, or who have lived in high-risk areas and temporary control areas in China in the past 7 days, should report to their units, destination villages and communities as soon as possible, and strictly implement relevant prevention and control measures as required.

Eleven, mainlanders to Panyu after the implementation of the "landing inspection", to wait for the results at home, before the nucleic acid results come out, work and life "two points and one line", no dinner, no party, no crowded places.

Anyone who has lived in Panyu with a history of local epidemic in COVID-19 in the past 7 days should make a health declaration through the "Declaration of Coming to Guangzhou" of the "Sui Kang Ma" WeChat applet before entering Panyu, and report to the village, community, unit or hotel within 12 hours after arrival. It is necessary to carry out "three tests in three days" and advocate a nucleic acid test on the fifth and seventh days, during which their work and life are "two points and one line".

Twelve, residents should be the "first responsible person" for personal health and safety, and go out less and visit less. Do a good job in self-health monitoring. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc., you should report to the village and community in time and do personal protection, and go to the nearest fever clinic for medical treatment. Wear a mask and keep a distance of 1 m when doing activities in villages and communities. If residents find that they have been given red team or yellow code, they should report to the village and community immediately.

The above measures will be implemented from 0: 00 on June 165438+ 10/7, 2022, and will be adjusted in time according to the changes in the epidemic prevention and control situation. Units and individuals that fail to perform their main responsibilities and refuse to implement epidemic prevention requirements, resulting in the spread of the epidemic, will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
