Half moon festival

Shang Bo people commonly call it "receiving ancestors", that is, "picking up and dropping off" in the first half of the seventh month of the lunar calendar. When to celebrate this festival is not tested. Legend has it that the underworld is on holiday during this time, and the souls of the dead can go home to visit. This section is divided into two ways. First, the elderly who died of illness for less than a year at home are commonly known as "new deceased". Generally, on the first day of July, tea and wine are served on the plate, food is offered outside the door, and ancestors are taken home by chanting. At home, put a table beside the main hall, put flowers and fruits on the table, and light candles. Sacrifice tea and rice on the table for a while before eating, and then eat. I didn't send it until I was fourteen or fifteen. Most people pick it up early in the morning on July 14, and deliver it after dinner or the next night. When sending, set a table of vegetable rice in the yard, and people can eat it after offering it. After dinner, burn paper and incense outside the door, take some vegetables, smash some fruits and throw them outside the door, which means to let the ghost take them away. This section has been handed down from generation to generation.
