What is infrared photography and which cameras have infrared function?
With the popularity of digital DC/DV in recent years, especially after Sony introduced the infrared night vision model, people became interested in infrared and its photography, because CMOS/CCD photosensitive elements used in digital cameras and camcorders can receive infrared wavelengths. Now we only need infrared filters to take infrared photos and dynamic scenes, and it is more convenient to understand and observe the strange infrared world in a WYSIWYG way.
Some digital cameras have special infrared shooting functions, such as Sony F7 17, 8 18, V series and W series. The infrared cut filter ICF can be removed by the "night vision" function. This kind of digital cameras can take infrared photos as long as they are equipped with infrared filters, while the ICF filters of most other digital cameras can't block all infrared rays, which creates conditions for these digital cameras to take infrared photos.
