The reversing camera is used to assist reversing. Driving recorder is an instrument to record the images and sounds of vehicles during driving. Recording the time, speed and position in the video while driving is equivalent to a "black box". A simple driving recorder can't be used as a reversing image, because the reversing image needs the car camera behind the turnstile to transmit the image to the display.
