Is it obscene to swim naked in a private pool?

Indecent acts against the will of others do not constitute obscenity.

The so-called obscenity refers to the obscene behavior carried out by means other than sexual intercourse for the purpose of stimulating or satisfying sexual desire.

Indecency can occur between men and women or between men and women of the same sex. No matter whether the object of indecency is a woman, a child or a man, it constitutes a crime stipulated in this article.

Indecency refers to touching, licking, sucking, kissing, cuddling and masturbating others, excluding sexual intercourse. But molestation of men can include adultery.

Article 237 of the Criminal Law (20 15) whoever forcibly molests others or insults women by violence, coercion or other means shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years or criminal detention.

Whoever affrays in a public place or commits the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph, or has other vile circumstances, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years.

Whoever molests children shall be given a heavier punishment in accordance with the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs.
