How to slow down the action of video editing with pr? My pr is cc version.

1. Open Premiere pro, double-click the material window and add a file, as shown in the figure below.

2. After importing the file, right-click an empty area of the Materials pane and select New Project-Series. In the pop-up dialog box, you can click OK directly;

3. Left click on your video material, drag it to the timeline on the right, and choose to save the existing settings;

This material is only 5 seconds, now we will slow it down and extend it. Right-click this video to find the speed/duration;

5. Adjust the speed below 100, and you can slow down, as shown in the figure. If it is set to 50, it can be doubled.
