Interesting childhood story-mysterious waste brick kiln

In front of my house is a crop field. In summer and autumn, corn and sweet potato are planted, and in winter, it is all winter wheat. About two miles southwest of my home, there is an abandoned brick kiln, an old brick kiln that burns blue bricks.

As far as I can remember, that brick kiln was abandoned. I have never seen that brick kiln burn bricks. But I always have a sense of mystery and fear about that brick kiln. I always think that there must be many wild animals living in that big brick kiln. The wild animals running around my home, such as weasels, badgers, rabbits, pheasants and other wild animals, may all live in it.

When I was about ten years old, my father went out to work. One night in the middle of the night, a badger jumped into my house from the height of a wall, and took a goose from my house. My mother jumped over the wall and began to chase the badger. The badger finally couldn't beat her mother's pursuit and put down the poor goose. The badger ran to the southwest, which is the direction of the abandoned brick kiln.

since then, I have a more mysterious feeling about the abandoned brick kiln. Although the kiln is less than one kilometer away from my home, I have never been to the cave to find out. I have a mysterious fear of that cave.

sometimes, my friends and I go to the fields to mow grass, and we happen to be near the kiln. But no one dared to suggest going to the cave to have a look. Bold, at most, just go near the cave entrance and have a look, and never dare to go near it again. I was afraid that a monster ran out of it and arrested us. No one dares to go inside the kiln. The friends always have a sense of mystery and fear about the abandoned brick kiln. Besides, that kiln belongs to another village, and we can't control it.

after decades, the brick kiln is still there, but it is not as tall as before. I don't know. I'm the one who grew up, and everything is getting smaller. It's still the mound on that kiln, which has been dug up by others frequently, thus becoming smaller. I don't know all this, and I'm not going to ask.

Now, although I am no longer afraid of the kiln, I have not completely let go of his mystery. Until now, I still think that there may still be many wild animals living in this cave. Even some spiritual animals, or some monsters live in it. Maybe the badger who robbed my goose still lives in it.

I'd better keep the mystery of this cave, and I won't crack the mystery of this cave. Let it remain mysterious.
