How to connect nylon pipe of Loudi rock drill

Loudi rocker drill nylon pipe connection method is as follows:

1. Before the nylon pipe is connected, the end should be cut into duckbill shape, and a hole with the same diameter and chipless tap should be enlarged at one end of the pipe fitting, and the length of the hole should not be more than 5cm. Insert the pipe fitting into the joint, tighten the nut with a wrench to make the tap firm, then loosen the nut to widen the flared part of the nylon pipe, install the pipe fitting, and then tighten the nut to make the pipe fitting and nylon.

2. When aluminum-plastic pipes, copper pipes and semi-rigid pipes in the bathroom are connected with angle valves and water nozzles, transition joints should be adopted.

3. When installing, always wet the pipe fittings with a towel or sponge to avoid "sweating", prevent water from turning into "ice cubes", and handle with care to ensure product quality.

4. When the metal hose is connected with the copper joint, it should have external teeth. When the metal hose is connected with wires, the wires must be sheathed in the metal hose, and the wires must not be exposed.

5. When the place of use is a ship or a long pipeline from the engine room to the deck, plastic pipes with good oil resistance, seawater resistance and heat resistance should be used, and the reliability and safety of fixing the plastic pipes on the hull should be ensured.
