The most common cause of hip pain is hip muscle strain, which often occurs after strenuous exercise. For example, when a baseball player swings, his hip muscles are injured due to the instantaneous exertion of his hip, which leads to the inability to use all his strength when swinging, which has a great impact and seriously requires surgery.
Hip contusion
Hip contusion often occurs in accidents in daily life, such as suddenly falling to the ground, or touching sharp table feet when turning around, causing coccyx pain, local tenderness and restlessness of coccyx, and even serious coccyx fracture.
Sciatica
Sciatic neuralgia is mainly caused by external force, falling, aging, sitting for a long time, crossing one's legs and other bad postures, which makes the sciatic nerve inflamed, and the pain range extends from the waist to the buttocks and calves. This disease is similar to piriformis syndrome, but there are still differences between the two.
The symptoms of sciatica are usually waist pain, reduced waist activity and obvious tenderness in the waist. Due to the general lack of exercise or improper exercise of young people, such as back muscle strain without proper rest and rehabilitation, muscles will lose their support and the pressure will be transferred to the spine and this disease will occur. There are also workers who don't keep the lumbar spine upright, which is easy to cause sciatic nerve inflammation. If the mother bends down to hold the child too fast, the child's center of gravity will shift and be easily injured.
In addition to low back pain, it will also be numb along the buttocks, thighs, calves and even the soles of the feet. Generally, rehabilitation is ineffective for 3-6 months, or injection through pain points is not effective, and when nerve compression symptoms are aggravated, surgery may be needed.
Piriform muscle syndrome
The piriformis muscle is located in the middle layer of the hip and is a kind of cornual muscle. It starts from the second, third and fourth recommended vertebrae and ends at the posterior side of the greater trochanter of femur. The foramen magnum of the sciatic muscle is divided into the superior piriformis and the inferior piriformis. When the sciatic nerve comes out of the hip and goes down into the leg, it just comes out from under the piriformis muscle. When piriformis muscle is inflamed and swollen, it will produce symptoms similar to sciatica.
The reason is related to the inflammation caused by the chair being too low, too hard, sitting for a long time and crossing one's legs (crossing one's legs) pressing the piriformis muscle. Office workers, women, decorators, vegetable vendors and other workers who have been squatting on the ground for a long time are prone to hair loss.
