According to the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Public Institutions (Order No.6 of the Ministry of Personnel) and the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Water Resources and the Yangtze River Committee, with the approval of the Yangtze River Committee, our bureau plans to openly recruit 32 staff members for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Introduction of Hydrological Bureau of Yangtze River Committee

The Hydrological Bureau of the Yangtze River Committee is subordinate to the Yangtze River Water Resources Committee of the Ministry of Water Resources. It is a completely public welfare institution (bureau level) with certain water administrative functions. Responsible for organizing or coordinating the hydrological work of the main rivers (reaches) in the Yangtze River basin, guiding the local hydrological work in the basin, planning, building and managing the hydrological and water resources, river monitoring and water quality monitoring station network, and collecting basic information on hydrology, river course, sediment and water quality of the main stream and main tributaries. It has advanced technology and equipment, strong strength in hydrology and water resources monitoring and evaluation, water resources demonstration, water environment monitoring, river survey, sediment observation, river evolution analysis, reservoir (lake) and river erosion and deposition calculation, hydrometeorological forecast, hydrological analysis and calculation, hydrological automatic forecasting and so on.

Second, the recruitment plan and the qualifications and treatment of candidates.

(1) Recruitment Plan

The recruitment plan includes the position, specialty, number of people to be recruited and other conditions required for the position to be recruited. For details, please refer to the list of open recruitment positions of Hydrology Bureau of Yangtze River Committee in 2008.

(2) Qualification requirements of candidates

1, with People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) nationality;

Third, the time and form of recruitment.

(1) Registration

(2) Qualification examination

As this exam is registered online, in order to further verify the relevant information of candidates, our bureau will conduct on-site qualification examination in the human resources department of each test center on the day before the written test (March 1 day, 2008) to confirm whether candidates have the conditions to apply for positions.

The documents and materials provided by candidates are inconsistent with the information filled in the registration form and do not meet the job requirements, so they will not be able to take the exam.

At the time of qualification examination, candidates must provide the following documents or original supporting materials for future reference:

(3) Examination and employment

The recruitment examination and recruitment procedures for master's and below degree positions shall be conducted in the order of written examination, interview, assessment and physical examination, and the recruitment procedures for doctoral degree positions shall be determined separately according to the registration situation.

(1) written test

Venue: For the convenience of candidates, our bureau has arranged three test sites: Wuhan (Hydrological Bureau), Chongqing (Upstream Bureau) and Nanjing (Downstream Bureau). Candidates can take the written test nearby.

The written test time is 8: 30 am-11:00 on March 2, 2008.

The written test is a closed-book test, with a full score of 100 and an examination time of 150 minutes. Candidates can only enter the examination room with valid "Resident Identity Card" and admission ticket.

After the written test, the Hydrological Bureau will study and determine the qualified score line of the written test. Candidates who pass the qualified scores will be interviewed from high to low according to the written test scores of the positions reported. In principle, they will not be less than three times the number of planned recruits. When there are less than three people, all of them will enter the interview, tied for the third place, and all the tied personnel will participate in the interview. If a position fails to pass a qualified candidate, the position is vacant.

Candidates can check the written test results and whether they have interview qualifications on the Yangtze River Hydrological Network from March 8, 2008.

(2) Interview

Candidates who apply for recruitment positions in various survey bureaus attend interviews at the locations of various survey bureaus, and candidates who apply for positions in Hydrological Bureau attend interviews in Wuhan.

Interview will be conducted about 0/5 days after the written test, and the specific time will be notified separately.

Total interview score 100, and interview time is 30 minutes.

Total score 100, which is scored according to the weight of 50% written test and 50% interview. According to the total score, from high score to low score, the candidates for assessment and physical examination are determined according to the proportion of post number 1: 1. If the total score is tied, the candidates for assessment and physical examination shall be determined according to the interview results from high score to low score.

(3) Examination and physical examination: to examine the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the assessed object. The assessment can be conducted by transferring to the school or the original employer or by correspondence.

If one of the following circumstances is found in the assessment, the candidate's proposed employment qualification will be cancelled;

1, has a serious violation of discipline or criminal record, or is recognized as a criminal suspect by judicial organs;

2. There are political and economic problems;

3. lax organizational discipline and serious violation of labor discipline;

4. Do not meet the qualifications required for applying for the position;

5. Other circumstances that cannot be employed as determined by the personnel department.

Those who pass the examination should go to the hospital designated by the Hydrological Bureau for physical examination. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

Those who fail the examination or physical examination will not be hired. The resulting job vacancies or job vacancies caused by the voluntary abandonment of candidates will be filled in turn according to the total test scores.

(4) Employment: those who pass the examination and physical examination are determined to be the persons to be employed, and the list of persons to be employed will be publicized on the Personnel and Labor Education Network of the Ministry of Water Resources, China Water Resources Talent Network, Yangtze River Water Resources Network, Yangtze River Committee Personnel and Labor Education Network and Yangtze River Hydrological Network for 7 days.
