Details of Microsoft Creative Cup Global Student Competition.

Imagine Cup 2007 Global Finals ended in Seoul, South Korea on August 6th, 2007. More than 65,438+10,000 students from more than 0/00 countries and regions around the world participated in this competition, and more than 7,000 students from more than 50 universities in China participated. In the end, 344 students from 1 12 teams representing 59 countries and regions advanced to the global finals, including 34 students from 6 universities in China, making China the largest team to enter the "Imagination Cup" global finals. China students won four medals with excellent results, making China one of the countries with the most awards. Students from Wuhan Huazhong University of Science and Technology won the first place in the IT project competition in the world, two teams from Beijing University of Technology won the second and third place in the interface design and network development projects respectively, and the team from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications won the third place in the embedded development project in the world.

In 2008, the theme of imagine cup was "Creating a World with Sustainable Development Driven by Science and Technology", and there were nine competitions, including software design, embedded development, game development, logic algorithm, IT challenge, Star Beauty Project, short film production, interface design and photography technology. The 2008 imagine cup was launched in June 2007, and the global finals will be held in July 2008.

The 20 10 global finals ended in Warsaw, Poland. Huazhong University of Science and Technology has won the global champion of Microsoft's "Creative Cup" IT individual challenge, which is the second global champion of the school. The IT Personal Challenge mainly examines the players' in-depth understanding of networks, databases and servers, as well as their ability to analyze and make decisions on customer needs and usage scenarios.
