Where does Luxi Cave belong?

Luxidong Scenic Area is located in Luxi Town, Wuning County, with an altitude of 230 meters. The cave is a typical development cave, with a height of 2m and a width of 10-20m, which is bottomless. The height in the cave varies greatly, reaching about 20 meters, and the lower part must bend over to walk. Underground rivers run through the whole cave and cross the land. The annual average temperature in the cave is about 18℃, and it is known as "Underground Crystal Palace in Jiangnan" and "Natural Waterway Cave in Asia". During the menstrual period of 2003 10, cave experts in Britain and America confirmed that Luxi cave was about 250 million years ago.

Through the ingenious design and lighting arrangement of famous cave lighting designers in China, all kinds of stalactites in the cave have become 100 many landscapes, such as Longtan reflecting the moon, Tianhe Waterfall, tortoise drinking jade liquid, birthday girl washing her hair, lion bowling, xianrentai and so on, stretching for more than ten miles. The landscapes everywhere are lifelike, lifelike and immersive, giving people a feeling of being in a magical and unpredictable place. At the same time, there are some landscapes outside the cave, such as lotus pond waterfall, Shenbie water, lovers stone, alpine meadow and so on.

Luxi Cave was originally named "Luqi Cave" (that is, the cave where Duke Lu lived). According to legend, during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, Qin Shihuang annexed six countries, and Duke Lu took refuge with 300 subjects and lived in this cave for three years. Up to now, the stone walls in the cave are still dimly discernible from the stone carvings in Oracle Bone Inscriptions. However, due to the age, there are long springs flowing in the cave all the year round, so people call it "Luxi Cave". Later, scholars of all ages came to explore Luxi Cave. During the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, many literati visited Luxi Cave and left a poem of praise. General Li Liejun, the founding father of the Revolution of 1911, also visited Luxi Cave three times.
