Chapter one? general rule

Article 1 These Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and various provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions), and combined with the actual situation of the school.

Note: Nine freshmen enrolled by the Academy of Fine Arts of our school in 2022 are studying in the Airport Economic Zone Campus of Sichuan Conservatory of Music (those who are not mature enough to start school normally are temporarily studying in Xindu Campus).

Article 10 Graduation certification: Students who have been admitted according to the national enrollment management regulations and obtained formal school status will receive the required credits within the allowed study period. Those who meet the graduation requirements are granted graduation and awarded the graduation certificate of Sichuan Conservatory of Music; Certificate type: graduation certificate of full-time ordinary colleges and universities. Undergraduate graduates who meet the conditions for conferring degrees shall be awarded bachelor's degrees and degree certificates.

Chapter three? Organization and responsibilities

Article 11 A school shall set up an admissions committee to uniformly lead the undergraduate enrollment. The Admissions Committee has an office located in the Admissions Office, which is specifically responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment. Set up an enrollment supervision team to be responsible for the supervision of the enrollment process and admission results.

Chapter four? Enrollment plan

Article 12 According to the demand of national economic and social development for high-quality talents, college planning, school-running conditions, graduates' employment situation, students in provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) and the school-running scale approved by the state, combined with the enrollment plan for this year issued by the higher authorities, the Admissions Office will make recommendations, which will be submitted to the dean's office meeting and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee for approval, implemented after being approved by the higher authorities, and published on the school enrollment information network in time (specific enrollment provinces and majors).

Thirteenth schools arrange no more than 1% of the total enrollment plan as a reserved plan, which is mainly used to recruit majors with the same score, many students and good quality. The use of the reserved plan is decided by the leading group of the school entrance examination according to the situation of online students in various provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions).

Article 14 Schools shall, according to the annual enrollment plan issued after examination and approval by the competent department, draw up plans of different majors and different provinces according to the students' situation in each province, and publish them on the school enrollment information online in a timely manner (the specific enrollment provinces, majors and plans shall be subject to those published by the provincial enrollment examination institutions).

If the students are insufficient and the professional plan needs to be adjusted, the Admissions Office will put forward suggestions for adjustment and report them to the school enrollment leading group for review and implementation.

Chapter five? Admission rules

Article 15 Implement the admission system of "colleges and universities are responsible for enrollment and supervision" stipulated by the Ministry of Education, strictly abide by the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions authorities, and comprehensively measure morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor on the basis of candidates' college entrance examination and professional examination results, following the principles of fairness, justice and openness.

(A) Sichuan Province candidates admission method

1. Under the condition that the candidates' ideological and political moral assessment and physical examination are qualified, the scores of the college entrance examination and the scores of the cultural courses have reached the admission control scores specified by the Sichuan Provincial Recruitment Committee (except for the majors of new media art, art history, art management, photography, film and television photography and production), and the candidates who are enrolled in the file are selected according to their wishes. The admission methods for each major are as follows:

(1) The majors of radio and television editing and directing, drama, film and literature are admitted from high to low according to the scores of the cultural courses in the college entrance examination, and the cultural scores of the college entrance examination must reach the second batch of admission control scores for ordinary undergraduate students in Sichuan Province.

② Dance and choreography majors are admitted from high to low according to professional test scores. Candidates' cultural scores in the college entrance examination are required to reach 30 points (including 30 points) in the admission control score line of Sichuan dance major enrollment culture.

③ Majors of composition and composition technology theory, musicology, music performance, dance performance (China classical dance performance, China folk dance performance), recording arts, animation, performance, broadcasting and hosting, drama, film and television art design, art and design (excluding new media art) are admitted from high to low according to their professional examination scores.

2. The majors of new media art, art history theory, art management, photography, film and television photography and production are included in the second batch of arts and sciences arrangements for ordinary undergraduates. In the case that the results of the college entrance examination culture course reach the admission control score line specified by the Sichuan Provincial Recruitment Committee, the candidates who are enrolled in the file will be selected.

3. The admission method of the proofreader for candidates with the same professional volunteers and filing scores:

① The majors of art history, art management, photography, film and television photography and production, radio and television director, drama, film and television literature and new media art are admitted in the order of Chinese and foreign language scores.

② The majors of composition and composition technology theory, recording arts, musicology and music performance are admitted in the order of "Solfeggio and Music Theory" and the total score of the cultural course in the college entrance examination.

③ Dance, choreography, dance performance (China classical dance performance, China folk dance performance), animation, performance, broadcasting and hosting, drama, film and television art design, art and design (excluding new media art) are admitted in Chinese and foreign languages in order.

4. The proportion of candidates' files visited by all majors in the school is 1: 1.

(2) Admission methods for non-Sichuan candidates

In the case that the candidates' ideological and political moral assessment and physical examination are qualified, and the scores of college entrance examination and cultural courses have reached the admission control scores delineated by the provincial entrance examination institutions of origin, the candidates who enter the archives are selected according to the following principles.

1. For majors such as radio and television director, drama, film and television literature, film and television photography and production, photography, art history, art management, and new media art, all provincial-level entrance examination institutions are requested to arrange and implement corresponding batch admission rules in general majors, and enroll students according to the scores of the college entrance examination culture course from high to low, and finally determine the batch. The categories and categories of files are based on the provincial-level entrance examination of the province (city, autonomous region) where the students are located.

Candidates with the same professional volunteers and cultural achievements in the college entrance examination are admitted in the order of Chinese and foreign language achievements.

2. Apply for other art majors in our school except radio and television director, drama, film and television literature, film and television photography and production, photography, art history theory, art management, and new media art, and be admitted from high to low according to the professional scores of the students' provinces.

(1) Majors (sculpture, painting, visual communication design, environmental design, product design, public art, digital media art, art and technology, animation, drama, film and television art design) who use the results of the unified examination of art and design in Shengyuan Province are admitted according to the principle of "score first, voluntary". That is to say, for candidates studying in our school, the minimum professional admission score line is drawn up according to the sum of the enrollment plans of art and design majors put into our school in Shengyuan Province. On this score line, the admission majors of candidates are determined in turn according to the score line and voluntary volunteers. When the professional volunteers are not satisfied, those who obey the adjustment will be randomly transferred to the majors that have not been fully recorded. If they don't obey the adjustment, they will be fired.

If you are dissatisfied with the admission due to disobedience to adjustment, color blindness and other reasons, arrange the major and admission according to the professional performance from high to low.

(2) The majors of musicology, dance, performance, broadcasting and hosting (recruitment direction) that use the results of the unified examination in the province of origin shall be admitted according to the principle of "giving priority to scores and following the principle of voluntariness". That is, the candidates who apply for our school are sorted from high to low according to the professional scores of each major (recruitment direction), and the first major is admitted first. If the candidate's professional score is low, the first professional volunteer plan has been accepted, then the second professional volunteer will be arranged, and so on. When the candidates' professional volunteers are not satisfied, if they are transferred, they will be transferred from high to low to majors with mutual recognition of professional achievements until they are fully accepted. If the professional volunteers can't meet and don't obey the adjustment, they will be dismissed. Candidates with the same professional volunteers and professional achievements are admitted in the order of Chinese and foreign language achievements.

(Among them, the music performance majors admitted in Anhui Province, Henan Province and Shandong Province are selected according to their professional scores from high to low. Those with the same professional scores will be selected according to the professional scores from high to low. 3. Other relevant regulations

(1) Candidates applying for the dance and choreography major should reach the admission control score of 30 points (including 30 points) for the dance (or art) major in Shengyuan Province.

(2) If there are part-time majors, on the basis of the minimum admission score, the admission majors of candidates shall be determined in turn according to the scores and volunteers.

(3) If the candidate's volunteer major (recruitment direction) has been fully enrolled, the candidate who obeys the professional deployment will be transferred from the school to other majors with mutually recognized scores (recruitment direction), and the candidate who does not obey the professional deployment will not be admitted and retired.

(4) Non-Sichuan candidates who apply for the school's art major must take the provincial-level unified examination organized by various provinces, including radio and television editing and directing, drama, film and television literature, film and television photography and production, photography, art history, art management, new media art and other majors. Whether candidates take the provincial-level unified examination for such majors shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the provincial-level examination institutions in their provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

Sixteenth the proportion of each major is set according to the relevant requirements of the provincial entrance examination institution where the students are located.

Article 17? All majors in school art recognize the preferential policies for extra points formulated by the provincial entrance examination institutions where students are located with the consent of the Ministry of Education.

Article 18? The school recognizes the professional qualified scores and the minimum cultural admission scores delineated by the provincial entrance examination institutions. Candidates who apply for the dance choreography major in our school are required to reach 30 points (including 30 points) on the admission control score line of dance (or art) major in Shengyuan Province.

Nineteenth schools accept both arts and sciences; Public foreign language teaching is English, and non-English language candidates should apply carefully.

Article 20? Educational system: The majors of composition and composition technology theory, music performance (direction of band conductor and chorus conductor) and sculpture are five-year undergraduate courses, and other majors are four-year undergraduate courses.

Chapter VI Physical Examination Standards

Article 21? The physical examination standards for school admission candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (No.3 (2003) issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation) and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Cancelling Hepatitis B Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (No.2 (2010)).

Article 22? Sculpture, painting, digital media art, environmental design, visual communication design, public art, product design, art and technology, animation, drama, film and television art design, new media art, film and television photography and production, photography and other majors require candidates to be color blind.

Article 23? Height requirement

Candidates applying for dance performance majors (China classical dance performance, China folk dance performance, international standard dance) shall be no less than 173cm for boys and no less than 163cm for girls. The height on the examinee's physical examination form shall prevail. There is no height requirement for other art majors.

Article 24? After the new students enter the school, the school will review the health status of the new students according to the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to the Cancellation of Hepatitis B Detection in the Physical Examination for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities. Those who fail to pass the physical examination or are not suitable for studying the admitted major after review will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations on student status management, and will be transferred to a major or dropped out of school.

Chapter VII Charging Standards

Article 25? According to national regulations, students must pay tuition and accommodation fees during their enrollment. Students' tuition and accommodation fees are strictly in accordance with the Notice of the Provincial Price Bureau, the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Department of Education on the pilot reform of credit system fees in colleges and universities in our province (Sichuan Price Fee [2004] 1 18). Service fees and agency fees are charged according to the principle of students' voluntariness and non-profit.

Musicology, art history, art management, animation, broadcasting and hosting, 9600 yuan/year/student; Design major is 7200 yuan/year/student; Other majors 12000 yuan/year/student.

Special note: if there is any adjustment to the charging standards of each major, it shall be implemented according to the newly approved charging standards.

Chapter VIII Funding Policy

Article 26? Scholarships, grants, work-study programs and national student loans shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education and the school.

Chapter IX Information Disclosure and Supervision

Twenty-seventh schools that implement the "sunshine project" of enrollment shall, in accordance with the "Notice of the Ministry of Education on Further Promoting the Information Disclosure of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities" and other documents, disclose the relevant information of enrollment in a timely manner on the school enrollment information network and the sunshine college entrance examination platform of the Ministry of Education.

Chapter ten? Review and retest

Article 30? Within three months after entering the school, the school will review the qualifications of new students and conduct a re-examination of their professional level. Students who fail to pass the re-examination and re-examination shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the enrollment work.

Chapter II XI Supplementary Provisions

Article 31 These Articles of Association have been discussed and adopted by the President's Office of Sichuan Conservatory of Music and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and are applicable to the undergraduate enrollment of general higher education in Sichuan Conservatory of Music. They shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation and revised year by year.

Article 32 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Committee authorized by the Admissions Office of Sichuan Conservatory of Music.

If the articles of association are inconsistent with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the province of origin, the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the province of origin shall prevail. In case of any inconsistency with the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of the superior, the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of the superior shall prevail. Matters not covered in this contract shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the superior.
