Foreign tourists: during the festival, the expressway is free, take the Lushun exit, turn right to Shugang Road (there are scenic spots on the roadside), and drive from the expressway exit for 5 minutes to Lushun 203 Sakura Garden.

Dalian citizens: First choose Lushun North Road, then take a bus to Lushun Navy Camp, and then turn to Shugang Road to reach Hislen Sakura Garden (about 70 minutes); Choose Lushun Middle Road again, then drive to Guoshui Road, then turn to Shugang Road and reach 203 Sakura Garden (the whole journey takes about 90 minutes).
