It is true that each major has its own professional characteristics and cannot be compared horizontally. But a major like science really needs hard work to get good grades. It is different from art major and needs illusory inspiration and talent.

But in fact, if you want to get good grades in such a competition, it is as difficult as being the first in your major, because besides testing your hard power, there will be many unexpected situations and uncontrollable human factors.
