Can art students studying photography study other majors when admitted to university?
After being admitted to a university, whether you can transfer to another major in the university depends on the policies of different schools.
In my school, on the surface, changing majors is not allowed. However, if you have some connections in your family, your grades are in the top 5 in your class during the first and second semesters of your freshman year, and you are willing to pay one more year of tuition (10,000 for art students), you can change your major.
However, I think if it’s an art school, it doesn’t make much sense to switch from photography to post-production. If it is a comprehensive college, is photography majoring in science and engineering? I think it's unlikely.
