This project has 2 16 holes. The project is characterized by tight construction period and many holes. 2, drilling rig layout

Because of the wide site, many holes, tight tasks and many drilling rigs, the drilling direction of drilling rigs should be selected according to the principle of "reducing the moving distance of drilling rigs and drilling more holes", which can not only save labor, but also speed up the project progress.

Step 3 drill

There are eight rigs in this project, but only two catalogers. In this case, it is impossible to catalog each rig at the same time, which requires the rig captain to write down the number of meters on the core after a return. However, because drilling rigs are paid by meters, almost all captains will write a few meters more on the meters without supervision. This has brought a lot of unnecessary trouble to catalogers. In this case, the cataloger should not only identify the actual meters of soil samples by himself, but also strengthen the education of the captain. 4. Identify soil samples

Summary of Geological Exploration 2 Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway Guizhou Shuikou (Guangxi-Guizhou boundary) to Duyun Highway is an integral part of the "79 18" national expressway network 16 cross-Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway (hereinafter referred to as Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway), and it is also an important part of the "three verticals, three horizontals, eight links and eight branches" skeleton highway network planned by Guizhou Province.

The total length of the route of this project is 58.772km, and the length of bridge and tunnel accounts for about 60.5% of the total length of the route. This project has the characteristics of great technical difficulty, heavy task, complex topography and geology, tight construction period, high cost and great interference from the owner.

On March 1 day of xx every year, the designers of our institute enter the construction site to carry out the survey and design work in an all-round way; On March 5th, our hospital received a notice from the owner that the route corridor was adjusted, and the southern line scheme was changed to the northern line scheme, which affected our hospital by 48km (82%). The project team overcame unfavorable factors such as incomplete topographic map and insufficient surveying and mapping scope, and worked overtime in a short time to overcome difficulties. Complete the preliminary design field work in mid-May, and complete the preliminary design documents by the end of June. During this period, according to the requirements of the owner, the scheme research, terminal route scheme research and preliminary design of Sandu Interchange will be supplemented; In July, optimize the design scheme and budget estimate; From September 4th to 5th, the preliminary design was pre-examined in the province, and the preliminary design documents were revised according to the review opinions. In June 5438 +XX 10, it passed the examination of the Ministry of Communications.

On August 10, the pay-off personnel entered the site, and on September 6, all professional designers entered the construction site, and the field work of construction drawings was in full swing. From September 10 in xx to October 1013 in xx, the project team completed the construction drawing, and at the same time, together with Guizhou Expressway Development Corporation, consulting units and overall units, optimized the preliminary design scheme and construction drawing scheme and added Sandu Interchange; According to the owner's requirements, our institute made a comprehensive revision to the preliminary design documents on June 5438+065438+ 10.

Xx year1Oct. 30 10, and the construction drawing survey of this contract section ended. Xx year 1 1.2-5, the general office of our hospital went to the site for on-the-spot acceptance. Xx year 65438+February 19 ~ 22, Guizhou Provincial Communications Department and Guizhou Provincial Expressway Development Corporation conducted pre-acceptance of the construction drawing of this project. From March 29th to April 1 day, XX year, Guizhou Provincial Communications Department and Guizhou Provincial Expressway Development Corporation conducted on-the-spot acceptance of the construction drawing of this project, and completed the construction drawing design on April 30th.

The fifth contract section of Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway is a project outside the province, with great difficulty, large scale, great technical difficulty, long distance, high cost and great changes. Our hospital completed the design of this project in 65,438+05 months. Now, according to the characteristics of the project and the completion process, we have summarized the following experiences:

First, strengthening the overall design and coordination is conducive to the progress and quality of survey and design.

The project is undertaken by four civil engineering units and two traffic engineering units. As an overall unit, Guizhou Provincial Academy has done a lot of work in the progress of the project. According to the characteristics of the project, detailed overall design principles are formulated. In order to unify the design standards for the whole line and vigorously promote the standardization work, the general unit presided over and completed a lot of basic work. With the joint efforts of four design units, the general drainage plan of bridges, tunnels, subgrade and pavement has been compiled. Compiling and perfecting the master plan is helpful to strengthen technical exchange, absorb the advantages of brother units and improve their own design level. The progress of the general plan of the project is inconsistent, and the tasks undertaken by some units cannot be delivered on schedule, which seriously restricts the work of all units. The general plan of the bridge of this project was completed in 65438+ 10 in XX, which seriously affected the development and progress of the construction drawing.

The compilation of the general plan can effectively ensure the design progress and quality of the project. These works should be completed in the preliminary design stage, which is of great significance to improve the design quality and progress and ensure the coordination and unity between the preliminary design and the construction drawing. In the implementation of the project, according to the feedback from design and construction, it is constantly supplemented, improved and summarized to improve the quality of the general plan.

Second, understand the local customs, strengthen the understanding of the design environment, and reduce duplication.

This project is a project outside the province, and the design environment, language communication and design concept are very different, which brings great difficulties to our design work. When I first arrived in Guizhou, I often didn't understand the owner's intention, didn't make a summary after the meeting, and didn't know how to carry out the work, which became a big obstacle to our design work. The preliminary design is mainly to solve two things: the project scheme and the project cost. Overtime in preliminary design is a common problem in current design. The first edition of the preliminary design budget of this project can be overloaded. Under the auspices of the owner, after many optimizations, various measures were taken to make the preliminary design budget meet the reporting requirements.

1, strengthen communication:

The feasibility study report is generally completed by the planning department, and it and the preliminary design department are generally two units or departments. In the process of compiling the feasibility study report, the level of designers, the research cycle and the needs of project establishment, what problems exist in the report, what problems are not clear in the study, and what should not appear in the report can not be found in the study report. If you make a preliminary design according to the contents provided in the report, you must take a detour. The preparation of this project is urgent, and the research on Sandu Interchange is not thorough, which leads us to spend a lot of time and energy in the preliminary design stage and construction drawing stage to study the necessity of interchange setting, hold many meetings and receive many criticisms.

2, pay attention to the project cost:

Due to the different geographical location and historical period of a project, the estimation index of each project will be slightly different, and occasionally individual anomalies will occur. It is necessary to pay equal attention to design scheme research and estimation, and guide scheme design research according to estimation indicators. This is of great significance to improve design quality and production efficiency.

In the field stage, we should arrange the collection and arrangement of material unit price and cost information as soon as possible, and strengthen cost analysis. The comparison between project feasibility and preliminary design can't stop at the level of project scale comparison. Only when the cost control is relatively reasonable, can it be transferred from outside to inside.

At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the verification of estimation indicators. It is suggested to select representative projects and road sections, strengthen the design depth, reach the preliminary design depth and complete the budget estimate. Complete the comparison between budgetary estimate index and estimation index. Reflect the rationality of the estimated amount through representative projects.

3. Arrange engineering geological remittance in advance;

Geological route selection is a very important factor in mountain roads. If there is an engineering geological intersection map of 1: 1 000 in the corridor at the drawing position, it is of great significance to improve the design quality and save the project cost. Therefore, it is suggested to arrange geological handover work in advance, just like arranging survey control in advance, which is very important to improve design quality, speed up progress, improve design level and save costs.

4. Strengthen the accuracy evaluation of topographic map and make full use of topographic map;

With the improvement and perfection of design means and the accuracy of basic data, it has brought great convenience to our design work, especially after the topographic map adopts aerial photography technology, the drawing accuracy is very high. How to make good use of it and give full play to its role deserves our consideration and study.

In the field stage, it is of great significance to select representative road sections for lofting, evaluate the accuracy of topographic map, reduce the workload of lofting, improve the design speed and reduce the cost within the scope permitted by the specification.

There are many route schemes in the preliminary design stage, and the workload of hydrological survey is heavy. It is very difficult to complete the hydrological survey of all route schemes along the whole line. Therefore, it is suggested that hydrological work should be carried out in three stages. In the first stage, the topographic map and mathematical model are fully used to calculate and analyze the bridge site and subgrade documents of the whole line, so as to guide the horizontal and vertical design of the route and the development of various disciplines as soon as possible. In the second stage, the actual hydrological survey is carried out on the important sections and bridges of the recommended scheme, and the results of the first stage are revised according to the analysis results; The third stage is planned to be completed in the construction drawing stage, mainly to further improve the work in the second stage and comprehensively revise the hydrological report. This will help to save resources and costs, reduce work intensity, speed up the progress, and reduce the constraints of hydrological work on the progress of the project.

5, pay-off, investigation:

The mountainous expressway has complex terrain, dense vegetation, difficult lofting, high cost and slow progress. In order to control the accuracy of middle pile survey and cross section, side piles are added to the whole line, which effectively ensures the accuracy of survey and survey, but it also increases the difficulty and workload of lofting, affects the lofting speed and increases the lofting cost.

The route of this project passes through ethnic minority areas, with backward economy and remote location, which brings great difficulties to living and living. The work place and residence are far away, and the time spent on the road often reaches 3 or 4 hours, and the effective working hours are extremely short. The members of the project team overcame various difficulties and completed the field work of the project.

6, norms, habits:

Design specification is the rule of our designers and the basis of our design work. China is vast in territory and abundant in natural resources, with vast territory and huge differences in topography and climate. How to combine ministerial-level norms with the provincial conditions of any province is our research topic. A province's regional characteristics, design concept, construction level and management level will all form a province's characteristics and habits. When we first arrived in Guizhou, there were many unaccustomed places, which made us take many detours and do a lot of repetitive work. For example, if the owner requires that the middle filling height is less than 20 meters, the subgrade scheme should be adopted, and the middle filling height should be 20 ~ 30 meters. If the topographic and geological conditions are good, the subgrade scheme shall be adopted; According to the research results, the road sections over 30m should be selected reasonably. These ideas and concepts are unreasonable in our province, and we will adopt the bridge crossing scheme. Differences and unaccustomed are enormous. Therefore, it is of great significance to summarize the practical experience of expressways in the past decades and improve the local norms of our province under the framework of ministerial norms, combined with the characteristics of topography, geology and climate in our province, to guide our design and highway construction.

7. High cost and difficult to control:

This project is a provincial project with high cost and great difficulty in cost control. For example, the site acceptance of the construction drawing of this project is divided into three times: pre-acceptance of survey and design, pre-acceptance of geological exploration and site acceptance of construction drawing. The conference fee, consulting fee, accommodation fee and transportation fee are extremely high, which invisibly increases the design cost and seriously affects the design progress. From February of XX to the end of April of XX, at the request of the owner, I went to Guizhou for a meeting and completed other work 18 times, which greatly interfered with the design work of our institute and greatly affected the design progress of our institute.

With the leadership of the institute and the joint efforts of all designers, this project has made great efforts and successfully completed the design work of this project.

The distribution plan of Geotechnical No.1 Company was also formulated after two revisions according to the opinions of the Civil Administration Group. In order to listen to the opinions of employees at different levels more widely, they also increased the members of the people's management team, and reviewed and adopted a number of internal management systems in terms of quality, safety, project progress and labor discipline. Especially on the issue of equipment management, employees generally think that the old management mode should be changed, so the company instructed the relevant personnel to write the equipment management method, but in the process of submitting it to the civil engineering management group for discussion, it was finally rejected because of great differences of opinion. In order to further promote this work and give full play to the potential of the equipment, recently, Geotechnical No.1 Company conducted a questionnaire survey on all employees, solicited opinions extensively, and invited employees to make suggestions on the management and development of the company. In the bureau system competition, our college won the women's bowling team championship and the men's table tennis team fifth.
