How to shoot the dark blue sky
Second, technology 1. When the light shines on the subject along the lens and the subject is normally exposed, the sky is normally blue. However, when shooting in backlight, if the subject is exposed normally, the exposure value will increase, the sky will be overexposed, and the sky will naturally become less blue. So when the sunny sky is the bluest, if there is no polarizer, you can also shoot a very blue sky with the sunny sky. As long as you pay close attention to the direction of light, you can shoot a blue sky. 2. exposure reduction compensation because the brightness of the sky is much brighter than that of the earth, and the contrast is great. With normal exposure, the sky will be overexposed. The solution is simple. Going against the sky or reducing exposure compensation by one or two steps can make the color more saturated. 3. Use polarizers and medium gray gradient lenses to make the sky bluer. Using polarizer can weaken or eliminate polarized light, eliminate reflected light, and improve the color saturation of the image to varying degrees. For exposure to the sky, the ground will darken; For ground exposure, the sky is too bright, and then it's the turn of the medium gray gradient mirror to show its talents. The medium gray gradient mirror is referred to as gradient gray, half black and half white, which can be used to reduce the brightness of strong light in the scene and keep the dark parts unaffected. Polarizer and gradient gray are similar when used to darken the sky, but the principle is completely different. The polarizer only allows light perpendicular to the off-axis direction to pass through, and light in other directions cannot pass through. When rotated to a certain angle, the light in the upper part of the sky will pass less, which can highlight the effect of blue sky and white clouds. In addition, the biggest use is to resist the reflection of the surface of the object being photographed, such as glass, water surface, metal plate and so on. Here, I want to teach you a little trick, how to use polarizer to find the best darkening effect. How to find out the schematic diagram that can achieve the maximum darkening effect with polarizer? With your shoulders facing the sun, the sky in front of or behind you can achieve the maximum darkening effect. If the sun is close to the horizon, the sky overhead will also darken. 4. Use artificial light sources to illuminate objects and shoot big scenery. If the background of our relatively close object is the sky, it is an environment similar to backlight. We can use artificial light sources, such as flashlights, to brighten objects to some extent, so that the sky will not be overexposed and look bluer when photographed. But this method is not suitable for shooting large scenes.
