The first railway in Huizhou is Guangmeishan Railway.

Guangzhou-Meizhou-Shantou Railway, one of the inter-regional trunk railways in eastern Guangdong, is a national railway class II passenger and freight co-line railway connecting Guangzhou, Meizhou and Shantou in China. Among them, Longchuan-Meizhou section belongs to Zhanglong Line.
