Autumn de Wilde was born in Woodstock, New York, USA in 1970 and grew up in Los Angeles, USA. American director and photographer. Her parents were "hippies" who once lived in a commune called "The Farm" in the hills above Warner Bros. Studios. Her father, Jerry de Wilde, was a photographer.

In 2015, he directed his first short film "Prada: The Postman's Dream". In 2020, she directed her first film "Emma", for which she won the second place for Best New Director at the 41st Boston Film Critics Association Award.
