1. From now on, non-operating restaurants such as units and enterprises are strictly prohibited from providing dine-in services; night markets, morning markets, and mobile catering stalls are temporarily suspended; group annual gatherings are strictly prohibited; family visits are reduced Family dinner with friends.

2. Starting from 18:00 on January 13, all hotels, restaurants, hotels, restaurants and other commercial catering service providers in the city are strictly prohibited from providing dine-in services.

3. Strengthen meal pickup and takeout management. Catering service units set up food pick-up stations at the entrance of the store, prohibit delivery personnel and food pick-up personnel from entering the business premises, and strictly implement prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, code scanning, and "one-meter noodles" to strictly prevent people from gathering.

4. Strictly implement the relevant requirements for the procurement of imported cold chain food, and prohibit the purchase of imported cold chain food without inspection and quarantine certificates, nucleic acid testing certificates, preventive disinfection certificates and other relevant certificates. Strictly implement the "Food Safety Operating Code for Catering Services" to ensure a clean business environment and food safety.
