Introduction to tomorrow's realistic choice

Collect works for the art category of "National Exhibition".

At the end of July, 2065438+00, Chen Lianjun learned about the 23rd National Photography Art Exhibition (also known as "National Exhibition") in the August issue of China Photography magazine. As mentioned in this issue of the 23rd National Photography Art Exhibition on 20 10 and related articles, this exhibition received180,000 entries, including 22 famous domestic photographers such as Li Qianguang, Zhang Tongsheng, Gao Qin and Wang Wenlan, which took 10 days to record. The work "Tomorrow's Reality" questioned by Mr. Chen was published on page 40 of the magazine. The work indicates that the author was "taken by Hou Xie (Hunan)", which is also the first work of "Selected Art Collections", and the "Art Gold Collection" is also indicated below the work. Although the colors and scenery of the two works are almost similar, the main body of the picture in Reality of Tomorrow is on the left side of the picture, while the unknown picture in The Latest World Gallery Encyclopedia is on the right side. After the computer turned the picture over, the two pictures almost matched.

Huang Liangqing, a member of China Photographers Association, said that more than 30 photos of birds scattered among dead trees in Reality of Tomorrow should have been uploaded by PS afterwards. Huang Liangqing is an old photographer. After Mr. Chen questioned that Reality of Tomorrow was suspected of plagiarism, he was urgently invited to scrutinize the pictures repeatedly. In the era of digital photography, artistic photography can be processed by PS, which is the photographer's second creation, but the premise is that the main photos should be taken by themselves. Wang Nianyue, vice chairman of Zhenjiang Photographers Association and member of China Photographers Association, also repeatedly compared the two works. He thinks that the main picture of Reality of Tomorrow is highly similar to the nameless picture in the gallery, but it is a "remake", and there is indeed the possibility of plagiarism and infringement.

Since the unknown picture in the world's latest library encyclopedia does not indicate the author, it is a pirated book, and the scope is "global", is it possible that this main picture was indeed shot by Hou Xie and "stolen" into the library? If so, there will be no so-called "plagiarism" in tomorrow's reality. Mr. Chen and others analyzed that the gallery appeared nearly 10 years ago, mostly for foreign photography. This possibility should not be great. Low cost and high "income" lead to frequent photo fraud.

Pigeon forgery in the first prize work "Pigeons Inoculated with Avian Influenza Vaccine in the Square" in 2008, four works by Sang Yuzhu, winner of the China Photography Award in 2009, and the works that won the special prize in the 20 10 International Photography Competition are all suspected of forgery ... Why have photographic works become the "hardest hit" for artistic forgery and plagiarism? With the development of science and technology, the main reasons are low cost, quick and convenient means and slight punishment.

There are more and more counterfeiters in photography, the means are becoming more and more sophisticated, and the interests are constantly "appreciating". It should be said that these photographers repeatedly PS or copy photos, on the one hand, it is the temptation of interests, on the other hand, opportunistic people do not need to pay too much labor, as long as they cut and paste other people's labor results or PS, they can easily take other people's labor results for themselves, and even get material or spiritual returns. This has also stimulated some people with ulterior motives to regard counterfeiting and plagiarism as "creation" and even as their own "career".

The forgery and plagiarism of photographic works is like gambling without gambling books. If you succeed, you can make a lot of money. Without success, there is no loss, which undoubtedly encourages counterfeiters and plagiarists. Experts in the industry believe that the punishment for artistic fraud and plagiarism should be increased, so that counterfeiters and plagiarists can pay a higher price in order to play a vigilant and disciplinary role.
