Show that our work is different and show a bright future. CH2 is the first green star building in Australia to be awarded 6 stars, which is "internationally leading". This 10 floor office building includes the retail area of about 8,870 m2 on the first floor, and the capital construction cost is 29.9 million Australian dollars. In addition, the investment of 65,438+065,438+03,000 yuan was spent on the special content of sustainable development, and it is hoped that it will be rewarded in batches in the next 65,438+00 years. CH2 will provide a healthy and efficient workplace for its residents, and at the same time reduce the impact of buildings on the environment through excellent design and innovation. As a social sustainable building, it has the following characteristics: close to the landscape, using natural lighting and ventilation from the balcony,100%; Brand-new air system, reflector and movable sunshade equipment.

A recurring theme in this project is how to use one thing for multiple purposes-how to make one design element solve multiple problems.

For example, the supply and return air ducts on the main facades of the north and south sides of the building are designed to have the following functions: 1. Send fresh air at the lower part of each floor.

2. Pull back the old wind at the height of each floor.

3. It can be used as a part of solid wall to narrow the scope of glass wall.

4. Reduce glare through expanded plane layout.

The facade is from wide to narrow, which makes the lower floor more daylighting.

6. Facades can help support vertical greening.

7. The obvious color change from north to south can optimize the heat load.
